The Tandoor
The Tandoor is a pit oven made from clay and it burns with charcoal. All meats, poultry and seafood stay immersed in special marinades over a long period. Then are skewered and broiled in the Tandoor. The Tandoor is also employed to turn out a most exciting variety of homemade breads. All our Tandoori dishes are served with green salad or rice.
