Seasonal vegetables we prepare for you are always fresh, served within days of being picked from local organic farms. The beef, pork & chicken come from farms in southern Vermont where the animals are naturally raised and 100% grass fed no added hormones. The eggs we use come from free range chicken, and are organic as well. |  |
